This simple yet delicious treat combines oats, protein, and pumpkin goodness for a mouth-watering, satisfying snack or breakfast option. With just a few ingredients and a quick bake in the oven, you can fully get in the fall spirit. Let's check it out...
INGREDIENTS
1 Can (15 ounces) Pure Pumpkin
½ Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
¼ Cup Sugar Free Syrup (I used Cary’s)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
½ tsp Salt
3 Scoops Max Effort Pumpkin Protein Powder
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients (except for protein) into a medium saucepan
Mix together over medium heat
Once the mixture starts to bubble, turn the burner down to low and let simmer for 20 minutes (stirring frequently)
After 20 minutes, remove from heat and let cool
Stir in Tri-Blend Protein and mix together
Store in mason jars once cooled
The jars should stay good for 10 days or so
