Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Cinnamon Plant Protein
- 1/4 cup of Almond Flour
- Water (as needed, see video)
- Blueberries (a handful or more!)
- Butter (for the skillet)
- Agave nectar (for syrup)
Directions:
- Crack 1 egg into a mixing bowl.
- Whisk until well combined.
- Add in 1 scoop of Vanilla Cinnamon Plant Protein.
- Add 1/4 cup of Almond Flour.
- Pour in a bit of water—start with a small amount and add more as needed until you reach your desired consistency.
- Whisk until everything is smooth and well combined.
- Fold in some fresh blueberries.
- Heat up your skillet and add a bit of butter to prevent sticking.
- Pour the batter into small pancake portions.
- Cook until you see small bubbles forming on the surface, then flip 'em.
- Let the pancakes rest for a minute after flipping to cook through.
- Top with a drizzle of agave nectar for the perfect finish!
