Many people may not believe in you, but I believe in you.

My professor from Columbus State, Don Laubenthal, believed in me 25 years ago when I was drinking 40's, smoking Newports, and barely attending class.

If I could change, you can change. You can have abs. You can have a stronger and more fit body. It's up to you.
