When can I sign up for the contest?

Any time between January 1 - January 15, 2024

Do I only sign up for the 40 days or 80 days?

Everyone is signed up for the 40-day transformation by default. If you decide to stop at 40 days, you will be eligible for the 40 day transformation prizes. 

However, if you decide to continue on for the full 80 days, you will be eligible for the 80 day transformation prizes and the Rolex Grand Prize.

#1 Be a member at CoryG Fitness or Coach Myers S&C for all 12 weeks

#2 Purchase an XL Stack from Max Effort Muscle (5 product stack)

When do I have to buy my XL Stack?

Between January 1 - January 31, 2024

What training program should I do?

You have plenty of options!

1. Follow the Dumbbell Shred or Cardio Shred Training Program on the CoryGFitness App, where it is laid out day by day what workout you should do!
2. If you're more familiar, you can follow any of the other workout plans also on the CoryG app.
3. Follow any of the workout programs on Coach Myers S&C app!

How do I fulfill the XL Stack requirement if I'm an International competitor?

Purchase an XL Stack Gift Card.

When will winners be announced?

40-DAY WINNERS: Will be released two weeks after the final submissions for the 40 day contest.

80-DAY WINNERS: Will be released a month after final submissions are due for the 80 day contest.
