When life gets tough, I stop and think about what I already have, not what I’m missing. If I dwell on being a victim, I’ll only attract more of that. Instead, I shut down the negative loop and focus on opportunities, optimism, and how I can get stronger—physically and mentally.
I’m grateful for where I stand now, and I’m ready to work harder to protect it and make it grow.
