Muscle Minute #84: It's More Than a Habit—It’s a Lifestyle

"Consistency isn't just a habit, it's a lifestyle."

I think about this a lot. Dedicating myself to things consistently allows me to truly figure out the value in those habits.

I try to view my daily actions through the lens of "What will this look like if I stay consistent with it?" If I find the value in something after 21 days of behavior, I’ll give it 100 days, then 365 days, and so on.

I test everything in time blocks: 3 days, 7 days, 21 days. This creates momentum with each step, and I think of myself as a constant test subject, always refining what works best for me.
