I realized a long time ago that messing things up is part of the process. Instead of letting that thought take over, I focused on consistency.
Over the years, I’ve spent time building my confidence—whether through the gym, my morning routines, or personal development. One of the best outcomes of this process has been the ability to believe in myself and figure out solutions to difficult situations.
Now, my default behavior is consistency because that’s something I can control.
I understand that nothing is perfect, so why hold myself to unreasonable standards? Instead, I focus on doing what feels natural and right for me. The special qualities I’m looking for are already within me—I just have to allow them to unfold.
