Muscle Minute #15: Pack a Lunch Mindset
“My mentality is: pack a lunch and do what’s required every day.”
It’s easy to focus on what you feel like doing, but that rarely checks off what actually needs to get done. I’m creative by nature—most entrepreneurs are—but I’ve learned that letting “feels” and “requirements” fight each other is a recipe for chaos.
My trick: carve out one chunk of time for creative work and another for the nuts-and-bolts stuff.
This way, your spreadsheet hour and content hour don’t clash, and you stay both disciplined and inspired. Give it a try if you’ve never separated the two—it’s a total game-changer.
