I think about this quote from George Bernard Shaw all the time.
It’s a powerful reminder that progress doesn’t come from doing things the way they’ve always been done. It comes from doing things that others think are out of the ordinary, questioning what's possible, and pushing boundaries.
In fitness—and in life—I constantly push myself to expect a standard that most people might consider unreasonable. But that’s the secret to living outside the box and achieving extraordinary results. The progress lies beyond the norm, and that’s where the magic happens.
