Participating in Max Effort’s #IWANTABZ challenge has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Winning the Rolex and becoming the first female ever to place in the top 3 still feels surreal—it’s an honor I can hardly put into words.

Every time I put that watch on, I’m reminded of my “why” and the strength it took to get here. Receiving the watch in person on Muscle Island made the whole experience even more unforgettable. Being on that island, surrounded by such an incredible group of people in a breathtaking environment, made me realize that when you act on your goals, anything is possible.

But beyond the prize, the most meaningful part has been the messages and comments I’ve received from people looking for tips—or simply sharing how I’ve inspired them. Helping others become better versions of themselves is what truly fills my cup.

The challenge was tough, no doubt—but every moment, every sacrifice, was 100% worth it.
