Slice into Pi Day with Our Plant Protein Brownie Pie

Instructions

¾ Scoop Max Effort Muscle Plant Protein
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 Tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce
1 TBSP Nut Butter (I used FitButters Brookie)
2 Mini Keebler Pie Crusts

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine Protein, Cocoa, Applesauce and Nut Butter until combined
Add in 1-2 tbsp of water/almond milk until a brownie batter consistency
Pour batter into pie crusts
Bake for 4-6 minutes until set on top but still gooey (you do NOT want to overbake)
Enjoy!
