Ingredients
🌱 Max Effort Muscle Plant Protein - 1 scoop
⚪️ Oats - 2 Tablespoons
⚫️ Chia Seeds - 2 Tablespoons
🟤 Ground Flax Seeds - 1 Tablespoon
🥥 Coconut Milk - 6-8oz
🍓 Fresh or Frozen Berries - 1/4-1/2 cup
🥜 Peanut or Almond Butter - 1 Tablespoon
🔸Cinnamon
🫙 Mason Jar 16oz
Directions
Mix Oats, Chia and Flax with coconut milk until soupy and set aside.
Blend Plant Protein with remaining milk then stir into oat mixture.
