Banana Hot Cake Stacks
🌱 Max Effort Muscle Plant Protein - 1 scoop
🥚 Egg - 1
🌊 Water - 1/3-1/2 cup
🍌 Banana - 1/2
🥜 Peanut or Almond Butter - 1 Tablespoon
🧈 Grass Fed Butter - 1 Tablespoon
🔸Cinnamon
Directions
Blend 1 scoop Plant Protein, egg, pinch of cinnamon and water
Heat griddle or skillet on medium low
Melt butter and add 1-2oz size hotcakes
Flip after 2-3 minutes and then cook another 30-60 seconds.
Layer hot cakes with banana slices
Melt nut butter then use to drizzle over stacks. Makes 2 servings.
