Plant Protein No Bake Brownie Bites 😋
These scrumptious no bake brownies are just one of the million ways to use Max Effort's Plant Protein. With no oven required, you can whip these up in no time.
Who doesn't want more brownies in their life?
INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop Max Effort Plant Protein
2 tbsp Chocolate Chips (I used Lily's Chocolate Chips)
2 tbsp Nut Butter, your choice
2 tbsp Sugar-Free Syrup (or other sweetened syrup like agave/honey)
1 tsp Vanilla
3 tbsp Cocoa OR Cacao Powder
3.5 tbsp Canned Pumpkin or Unsweetened Applesauce
DIRECTIONS
Microwave the chocolate chips, syrup and peanut butter until fully melted and combined (about 30 seconds)
Add the pumpkin and cocoa until smooth
Stir in the protein powder until a soft dough forms
Shape into a rectangle on parchment paper and place in the fridge for an hour to set
Optional Frosting: Melt an additional tbsp of chocolate chips and syrup together and spread on top
Cut into bars and enjoy! (Keep leftovers in fridge)
