INGREDIENTS
1.5 Scoops Max Effort Tri-Blend Protein (vanilla OR chocolate)
3.5 tbsp Light Butter (I used I can’t believe it’s not butter light)
3.5 tbsp Stevia Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Peppermint Extract OR 1 tbsp Jordan’s Skinny Syrups Peppermint Mocha
½ cup Melting Chocolate
2 tsp Coconut Oil
DIRECTIONS
Line a plate or cupcake tin with liners
Combine the protein powder, light butter, powdered sugar and peppermint together in a bowl.
Drop a tablespoon of dough into each cupcake liner and flatten into a flat circle
Place in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes to set up
Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in short intervals until melted
Remove the protein patties and dip into chocolate to coat
Decorate with sprinkles and enjoy! - Best kept in fridge or freezer
